Ludovico Loquercio has over eighteen years experience in the telecommunications industry with the last ten years focused on network design and implementation of TDM & packet switching, VoIP, QoS and Assured Real Time Services in the DoD and Civilian market sectors. For the last five years, Mr. Loquercio has served as Nortel Government Solutions' technical prime and Chief Architect for definition and introduction of next generation telecommunications into the Federal market space.
