Staff & Corporate Culture
Corporate Culture
We believe that an important Nortel Government Solutions distinction is in our corporate culture and values. At Nortel Government Solutions, we
- Deliver operational excellence by extending every effort, in every assignment, producing superior results.
- Approach our clients and our colleagues with respect for their ideas and judgment.
- Pursue our clients', shareholders', and colleagues' interest on a platform of integrity.
Throughout our history, we have sought to attract the very best and brightest people and establish a community in which every employee can make his or her best personal contribution and have the satisfaction and pride of being part of a unique team.
PEC was formed in 1985 when our three founders, David Karlgaard, Paul Rice, and Alan Harbitter, decided to create a company that would deliver a higher level of service to its clients, provide interesting technical and management challenges to its future employees, and have fun while doing it. Twenty years later, this nucleus has transformed to Nortel Government Solutions with nearly 2,000 employees who share this dream.
